Some Chinese exporters are seeking to avoid U.S. tariffs by using fake made-in-Vietnam labels and rerouting shipments to Vietnam then the U.S. Fearing retaliatory action by the U.S., Vietnam stated that they will crack down on trade-related fraud.

The court remanded the log and veneer cost determinations for Linyi Chengen Co. used to determine dumping margins for further examination and explanation. The Department of Commerce must file a response by August 2. Related briefs and responses are due in October.
