EU Launches Antidumping Case Against Russian Birch Plywood
The Woodstock Consortium, which represents nearly 60% of all EU production of birch plywood, has filed an antidumping complaint against Russia. The complaint presents evidence of a high level of dumping, ranging from 23% to 84%, from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
